Hillside Bridal Facilities


Hillside Bridal offers a wonderful facility for your special ceremony and/or reception party. Below you will find a listing of prices for the use of and services provided at our own Hillside Place wedding house. However, we can also plan your wedding at a location of your choosing.

Ceremony: ¥590,000 (incl. tax ¥619,500)
(30 people. Additional guests @ ¥1,575 per person - can accommodate 75)

You can choose:

  • a Traditional Christian Ceremony with a Christian Minister
  • a non-religous wedding with an MC

This standard fee does not change with the exclusion of any of the above items.

    ¥30,000 for two, ¥20,000 for one
  • Overflow Parking: ¥2,500 per car (minimum 4 cars)

  • 1 Bouquet & 1 Coursage (from ¥10,000)
  • Flowers (from ¥50,000)
  • White Wedding chairs (¥500 each)
  • Round Tables (seats 6-8 people @ ¥3,000 each)
  • Rectangular tables (¥2,000 each)
  • All-U-Can Drink (¥2,500 per person)
  • Canapes (¥2,500 per person)

  • Gown (from ¥60,000)

Cost: ¥390,000 (plus tax / based on 30 people) and includes:

  • 4 hour use of Hillside Place
    (Great Room, Deck, Garden, plus Kitchen!!)
  • PA System
  • Tables, chairs for 30 people
  • 2 Wedding tents (3m x 6m)
  • Free Parking for 10 Cars
  • Valet Parking Attendant
  • Administrative support in organizing vendors and transportation for guests

Bring your own caterers or let Hillside Bridal organize your catering:

  • Sit Down Serve (Minimum 30 people maximum 40)
  • Stand Up (Minimum 30 people, maximum 70)
     
    • French Menu, from ¥7,900 per person
    • International Menu, from ¥7,000 per person
    • Japanese Menu, from ¥6,800 per person
    • Western Style BBQ, from ¥7,500 per person

  • Nomihoudai, from ¥6,800 per person (4 hours)
  • Kanpai, ¥1,100 per person
    an assortment of Beer, Wine, Champagne, Oolong and Orange Juice

Hillside Bridal is flexible. We are happy to tailor the menu to suit your desires for your wedding party or to work with your chosen caterer.
