Rent Hillside Place for your Event!

Are you planning an office event, training day, retreat, wedding anniversary, concert, dinner party, etc?
Hillside Place is available to rent for your event.

Whatever the event, your staff, customers, guests, will truly enjoy the wonderful view, fresh air, and natural beauty and retreat-like atmosphere that Hillside Place offers. If you wish to stay one or two nights, we would be delighted to negotiate a reasonable price to accommodate your plans.

Rental Costs:

• ¥  75,000 (1 hour)
• ¥260,000 (4 hours)
• ¥450,000 (8 hours)
• ¥600,000 (12 hours)

Included in Rental Cost:

• Use of Hillside Place (Great Room, Deck, Garden, Washrooms)
• PA System
• Free Parking for 10 Cars (additional cars at ¥2,500 per car (minimum 4 cars)
• Hillside Place Coordinator

Additional Costs:

• 3 x 6 m tent (with walls): ¥20,000 for 1 or ¥30,000 for 2 tents
• Folding Chairs (up to 40) ¥700 each
• Tables (round, seating 6-8 comfortably) ¥3,000 each
• Kitchen Use: ¥100,000
• Set up/tear down ¥45,000

Food and Beverage Service

You can arrange your own meals, bring in your own catering, or let Hillside Place take care of those arrangements for you.

• Sit-Down Serve (all packages include nomihodai) (Minimum 25 people, maximum 30)
  • French, 4-Course from ¥12,000 per person
  • Japanese, 4-Course from ¥13,000 per person

  • Western-Style BBQ: from ¥9,500 per person
  • Mixed International Style Buffet: from ¥9,000 per person
